So, I finally bought a camera, a Olympus Stylus 7010. It has a super macro that I just love!!! I got the lens less than an inch from the screen to take some pictures of my konad. So, today I wore RBL Scrangie with konad Mismas on the accent finger. Too subtle but still really pretty.

Broken camera and a sick Allya
:( not much is going right right now. I seem to have caught a bug, and, now, my camera's lens doesn't open or close. It's stuck! This may mean I need a new camera, and I've had my eye on an SLR for a while. Here is a backlogged pic of OPIs Curry Up, Don't Be Late!. It's a pretty, sheer yellow gold from the India collection.

Well... I have another Favorite Blog...
http://nynaildiva.blogspot.com She has the prettiest nails! They aren't creepy long, and the length is mostly in the nail bed. I wish mine looked like that *dreamy sigh*. Anyhow, you should probably go check out her amazing nails on her blog!
Green SPAM!!!
There is sun today!!!! SPAM!!!! Labels and colors first, opinions second.
Okay, OPI Jade is the New Black
This one is gorgeous. This is from the new Hong Kong collection. It is easily the best readily available green that OPI has to offer. It is a dusty creme green, leaning a little darker and much dustier than a standard green. Why I prefer this above the other greens, it just doesn't emphasize redness as much.
OPI Gargantuan Green Grape (MATTE) second pic is + topcoat
This is nice, it's a tad stark but that's okay. The matte look is super flat, like wall paint. I like this, I don't love it but it's nice.
OPI Green-Wich Village
I haven't actually worn this before because it is a pain in the patutii to apply. DANG, it's so thin! Cuticle flooding every time I attempt it. Nice, but not worth the application.
Sally Hansen Green With Envy
I loved this one in every swatch I saw of it. On me it's nice, it is an 'envious' color, if that makes any sense. This is what I imagine when people say "Pea green with envy".
What do you all think of the pics? Is the lighting better than normal? Is the application too rushed? OPINIONS!!!

I FOUND MINTY!
Five drugstores/ supermarkets later. I grabbed the last one on display. Yes!!!! Okay, also, I hauled. Big time. Like $50 in drugstore polishes big time. (Is it impossible for me to go into a drugstore without buying 5 Sally Hansens???). The answer, by the way, is yes. It is impossible. Expect some amazing spam soon! I'll leave you with two of my new Sallys. Blu and Mellow Yellow.

We've come quite a long way...
Remember when I had no followers, no page views except my own, 5 posts, and 20 bottles of nail polish. Well, here I am, 182 posts, 150 followers, and god-knows-how-many bottles later. I feel like all of you, each and every one of you, has been here through so many things in my life. Near the beginning of this blog, I was a cheerleader. My team went on strike (really long story), which turned out not to be a bad thing because they made me miserable anyway. After that drama, I joined ski team, an adventure for sure! I discovered new friends and a possible boy-toy (shhh, don't tell). I really enjoyed the sport as well as the group of people. To top this whole journey off, on Friday my grandfather died. This wasn't unexpected as he had been sick for a while. I don't know how I feel about it, I wasn't very close to him. Right now, I'm more worried for the living than the dead. Concluding all of this, I just had my first rehearsal for the new musical I am in. This thrills me because there is something so magical about a stage. You work for hours, days, weeks, months, putting a show together and sometimes it doesn't seem quite worth it. But, when the curtains open and the spotlight is on you, what's not to love? So, I guess I'm just trying to say, thank you. Thank you all so much. I really appreciate you.

Mini Haul!
LA Girls Punk
Maybelline Sweet Clementine
Maybelline Pie in the Sky
The Maybellines are from the new spring collection. They are bright pastels (OXYMORON!). Okay, they are bright colors with white and a tough of grey in them. Better? I will be wearing Sweet Clementine today because it looks puuuuuuudddy (don't judge me XD). Pie in the Sky was similar to Zoya Yummy, I'll give ya'll a comparison soon. Punk is so pretty in the bottle, but less pretty on the nail. It just turns to a navy shimmer :(. Oh and, Helene drew on my hand. It's a marionette, Ballerina, and Speaker System. I have no idea why XD
