About MUA

I know a lot of people adore it, they love the swapping and the boards. Honestly, though, I've found that there are a lot of bullies on there. I'm a member of Megs Makeup Mafia (comment if you'd like to join that way I can invite you and we can both get points!). I've been a member there FOREVER, I was one of the first teens on for sure. The women there are so nice and caring. On MUA I feel like I am belittled for being new and punished for disliking some colors. You may like it, more power to you, but I don't. There was absolutely no point in this rant. Sorry.

  1. I TOTALLY AGREE!!! While I have all the best intentions in joing MUA, I hate DRAMA, and I do not like mean people. I will be deleting my profile today!

  3. I like MUA for the product reviews, but I've stayed away from the boards and I can understand your disappointment at the way you've been treated. Megs Makeup Mafia looks promising, can you invite me?

  4. I like MUA, but I don't comment much on the boards. I am sure people feel like its okay to make strong comments since it is slightly anonymous on the internet. You shouldn't take it personally, you have a right to your opinion. I would be interested in joining that Meg's site, it looks interesting.

  5. I was asked to announce about a new polish coming out. I'd never posted on the boards before. I felt like an idiot. A few people responded but not many. I felt like I let the sweet lady down that asked me to do this. I got some snarky remarks also. I can't keep up with the blogs, plus the boards. I don't even bother going on them at all.
